Phil Blaylock

Background

Phil is the owner of Beeline Events and acts as Event Director for Lakeland Trails. He has been involved in the safe running of the events since he first marshalled in 2013, quickly taking on more responsibility in the form of the Course and Safety Management before being fully responsible for event delivery in 2017.

Phil is a keen runner, cyclist and is currently developing his orienteering skills regularly competing at local and regional events.

With a varied background in Project Management and Education, Phil holds the IoSH Managing Safely qualification, is an England Athletics Run Leader, has Enhanced DBS Clearance and regularly leads sessions for his local running club on the Cumbrian coast.
